Competitive Youth Soccer Programs
Missoula offers many opportunities for youth competitive and recreational soccer programs. Competitive programs are typically traveling teams that compete in statewide leagues or leagues within the inland Northwest. Recreational soccer programs can be found here. Missoula Strikers Soccer Association is a non-profit, community based organization committed to helping each player learn, grow, and celebrate his or her love of the game. We are dedicated to developing character, integrity, and personal growth for the youth player, student athlete and future leader. Striker competitive programs include Strikers Academy, a skill development program for ages 8-12, and Strikers competitive travel program for ages 11 through 19. FC Missoula Youth Soccer strives to teach every player how to play soccer, as well as emphasize life lessons that come with playing on a team that are beyond the technical skills and strategy of the sport. Sportsmanship, learning from and letting go of mistakes, being a team player, how to lead, how to follow, how to be positive, and winning or losing with dignity; these are just of the few benefits that soccer teaches us that a player carries forward with them beyond life on the pitch.
